84 fresh asparagus spears (about 3 pounds), trimmed
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
2) Place asparagus in oven-proof dish. Coat with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder. Stir gently to coat each spear.
3) Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, turning the spears about every 5 minutes.
4) May be divided into 4 packages of about 16 spears each and frozen till ready to eat.
Makes about 21 servings with 4 spears each
