Grilled Chicken Melt

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 5 ounces
    Mushrooms, cooked, .5 cup pieces
    Provolone Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz)
    *Papa Pita Greek Pita (1 whole Pita), 1 serving

Directions

Grill Chicken and slice up in smaller pieces and add mushrooms to heat up. Place pita on baking tray with the chicken and mushrooms on top and then cheese over that and melt in the oven.
