Ingredients
-
2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Flour
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Canola Oil
2-3 Tablespoons of water
Directions
Use a microwave safe mug. Oven wattages vary, so cooking times vary as well. I make 2 mugs at a time in my nuker, and it takes 2 minutes. I also use a mug with a shiny interior, and I do not need to spray with non-stick spray
Combine dry ingredients in a mug and blend with a fork. Add wet ingredients and blend well. (will be quite thick. Add additional 1 Tbsp of water for a brownie that is less dense with a gooier (is that even a word?) texture.
Nuke on high power approximately 1 minute, until desired doneness is reached. (partially soft in the center is ideal.. it cooks a bit after the time is up!)
Top with desired toppings and enjoy.
(I tried adding a pump of Sugar Free Hazelnut syrup once... was devine. Mint, nuts, orange syrup almond extract ... lots of options)

Aww.. I'm sorry to hear you were not pleased with it. Maybe try nuking a little less time and see if it improves the texture? We like ours soft in the middle, and I think that helps with the rubbery feel if you dont overbake it. Thanks for the comment tho :o)
