Introduction

This recipe is actually LOWER IN SODIUM if you use common sense when selecting healthier food items to use in this recipe.
I used sliced black olives and rinsed them in water, I used LOW Sodium, low carb tortillas, low fat/reduced sodium refried beans, Fat Free Mild Mexican cheese, but these items are not found in the Spark People database.

Ingredients

    6-8 4 or 6 inch Whole Wheat Tortilla,
    1 1/2 - 2 cups Refried Beans,
    1 cup shredded lettuce
    1 medium Tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 cup Onions, chopped
    1/2 cup Black Olives,
    3 oz FAT FREE LIfe Time Mild Mexican cheese
    1-2 boneless, skinless cooked Chicken Breast shredded
    1/2 - 1 cup Guacamole or sliced Avocados,
    1 cup Salsa,
    1/2 cup Green Chili Peppers

Directions

I used 1 1/2 cups shredded, cooked chichen from a recipe called Mexican Crock-Pot Chicken, 6 inch whole wheat tortillas, Lifetime Fat Free Mild Mexican cheese, home made mashed avocados.

Place 1 tortilla on a flat platter, top with cooked shredded chicken and green chiles as desired,
top with another tortilla and add refried beans to that layer.
Top with another tortilla, top with cheese,
Top another tortilla and add shredded lettuce and olives.
Top with another tortilla and top with tomatoes and onion.
Top with another tortilla and add guacamole.
Place last tortilla on top.
Slice in quarters and serve.

You can serve with Salsa or sour cream on the side

Serves 4 - 1/4 of a "pie" each.
