    1 slice reduced-cal bread, diced small
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1/4 cup 2% cheddar, shredded
    1 slice canadian bacon, diced small
    1 T green/red peppers, diced small


Spray small casserole with Pam. Add ingrediants in order given. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes until bone through
