I used lean pork chops and a homemade barbecue sauce instead of the bottled stuff as the recipe was a little high on fat, and I find with homemade sauce it is a little easier to control the calorie and fat count. I find it a nice option for the summer bbq days when I can't indulge in the regular bbq - 8/23/07
