Great basic recipe! I blended soy milk (2/3 cup), low fat cottage cheese (2/3 cup), plain yogurt (1/2 cup) and 3 packets of splenda together. Then I added fresh strawberies (1 cup) and blened some more. There it was a delicious, filling, and wholesome treat! - 4/5/09

  • This was a fabulous recipe. I am an ice cream lover and this was so close to cheesecake ice cream..yum..I'm gonna try it with some cocoa and banana instead of the strawberries - 7/27/13

  • I REALLY wanted to like this, but I just couldn't stomach it - which is weird because I love sweetened strawberries and cottage cheese together. I made this for me and my son (which is 3) to split it. He absolutely loved it and wanted mine too. That's why I give it 4 stars. - 8/17/11

  • Oh so good!! I didn't add the splenda; I thought it was plenty sweet. I made it again this morning and I added 1/2 a banana; super good!! - 4/11/09
