Introduction

A tasty salad made with whatever veggie ingredients I had on hand A tasty salad made with whatever veggie ingredients I had on hand
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6 oz. Whole Wheat Pasta (I use rotini or penne)
    1/2 Red Bell Pepper, chopped or sliced
    1/2 White Onion, quartered and finely sliced
    1-1/2 - 2 cups Thawed Frozen Peas
    1/2 - 1 cup Thawed Frozen Corn
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    .5 cup Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Directions

Cook Pasta
Mix all ingredients with cooked pasta and toss.
