Baked Blueberry Pancake

My twist on Gram's Finnish pancakes My twist on Gram's Finnish pancakes
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    9 tbsp Egg Beaters egg whites
    1 1/2 Cup Milk (1/2%)
    1/2 Cup Water
    2 C Flour
    1/4 C sugar
    1 Cup Blueberries
    1 tbsp Unsalted margarine

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F. Place margarine in a 9 inch square pan. Place in oven to melt margarine.
Mix the eggs, milk and water. Add flour, sugar and no salt. Mix well. Fold in blueberries.

Remove pan from oven. Pour mixture into the pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
