Meatloaf Raw/Vegan

Ingredients

    1/3 c walnuts
    1/3 c sunflower seeds
    1/3 c almonds
    1 tblsp. garlic
    1/2 tblsp. sea salt
    1/2 c celery
    1/2 tblsp. ginger
    2 tblsp. rosemary
    1 tblsp. jalapeno
    1/4 c olive oil
    1 c carrots

Directions

Soak nuts for 2 hours in filtered water. Drain and run through food proccesor. Chop everything else up and add to nuts. Put in dehydrator or low oven for 3 hours.
