    1/2 sm cabbage head chopped
    1 sm carrot shredded
    1/2 sm onion diced
    3 stalks celery minced
    2 c brown rice flour
    2 t xanthan gum
    1 T milled flaxseed mix with 3 T water
    3 T ground ginger
    1/2 t salt
    2 c skim milk
    1 c water
    2 T fish sauce
    3 T tamari(soy sauce)


Mix veggies together set aside. Mix all other ingredients together and then add veggies. Cook in skillet over med lo heat. Makes 20 (1/4 cup raw batter each) 2 per serving
