Cream Cheese Chicken

Ingredients

    1 C Fat Free Chicken Broth
    2 Tbl Light Butter (melted)
    1 Env Dry Italian Dressing Mix
    2 C Broccoli (chopped)
    1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
    8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1 Can Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup

Directions

Pour chicken broth into crock pot. Place chicken breasts into crock pot. Pour melted butter over chicken, and sprinkle with italian dressing mix. Cook on low 4-5 hours.

After 4-5 hours, shred chicken. Melt cream cheese and combine with cream of chicken soup. Pour into crock pot. Sir well, and continue to cook for an additional 30-45 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
