Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

    V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 64 oz
    *Onion powder, 4 tsp
    Celery seed, .5 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, .25 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
    Shadybrook Farms 97% Fat Free Extra Lean Ground White Turkey, 16 oz
    Pictsweet All Natural Mixed Vegetables, 10 serving (32 oz bag)
    Great Value Baby Lima Beans, 5 serving (16 oz bag)
    Herb Ox Sodium Free Beef Broth, 3 serving (packets)

Directions

Saute onion in a little butter spray (no calories). Add ground turkey and cilantro; brown turkey. When no pink remains, add V8 and bring to a boil. Add frozen veggies. Cook until veggies are tender (about 15 mins). Serve with Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat Bread (50 calories per slice).
