"Secrets Out" Chicken Salad

Introduction

The nutritional info for nayonaise isnt listed, but its less than fat free. Thats what I use.

This is a highly delicious salad that I discovered at a restaurant in the area. I loved it so much that I decided to recreate it on my own. When I discovered the calorie count, I was baffled, so I found some ways to cut them down. I added more celery, less mayo, and soy mayo. its a great way to re-serve some leftovers!

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 or 4 breast halves, deskinned, and fully cooked (about 1.25 lbs)

    UP TO a cup of nayonaise. I use about 1/2 a cup.

    1 large apple

    1 large celery stalk (add more for bulk)




Directions

Cook Chicken

Shred chicken in food processor
Dice other ingredients
Add together
Add nayonaise
Mix thoroughly
Serve cold with bread or on a bed of lettuce.
