Green Smoothie

Ingredients

1 c. milk
3 c. spinach (big handful)
8.25 oz Fresh Pineapple (2 Rings)
7 oz Grapes (Big Handful)
Ice as needed
Agave Nectar for sweetness
Directions
Add all ingredients to a high powered mixer (I use a Vitamix 5200) and blend until you reach your desired consitency. On my vitamix it's usually about 45 seconds to a minute at high speed.

Sorry about the oversight. Its the first recipe I posted, so I forgot the details. I use a vitamix blender. I think any blender can be used, but the vitamix makes an ultrasmooth smoothie! Thanks for pointing that out. I'll edit the recipe.

I loved this smoothie! Very good combination of flavors. I don't always like a green drink, but I sure did this one. I did use 1/2 cup soy milk and 1/2 cup of water ... it was already sweet enough for me so i didn't add any extra sweetener. My husband also loved it (and that is saying something!) - 3/5/10
