6 extra large eggs
.33 C skim milk
.25 tsp Salt
.25 tbsp Pepper, black
6 medium slices bacon
4 oz Deli sliced turkey breast
4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
1 Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake
Pre cook bacon, use paper towel to soak up grease.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Dice turkey and cheese. Set aside 1 oz. cheese for later.
Put turkey and cheese in crust, pour egg mixture over top. Add remaining cheese to top.
Bake in over 30 mins. or until egg is cooked through.
