Low Fat Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

    8oz Fiber Gourmet Light Rotini
    Pam
    1- 12oz cann evaporate fat-free milk
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    2 t onion powder
    1/2 t black pepper
    3/4 cup parmesan cheese with asiago
    1/4 c shredded low fat cheddar
    1/2 t paprika

Directions

Oven 350. Cook pasta to directions. Coat 2 qt baking dish with Pam. In medium bowl whisk egg substitute, onion powder, pepper and milk. Add pasta and cheese, mix well. Spread in 2 qt. dish, sprinkle with paprika. Bake 25 minutes.
