Lousianna Grilled Shrimp w/ Pasta

Introduction

A delicious double galzed shrimp. Can also be served w/ brown rice to save calories A delicious double galzed shrimp. Can also be served w/ brown rice to save calories
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    olive oil, paprika, chili powder, cayenne, salt and pepper
    cilantro, 4T butter, 3T fresh lime juice, 2T tabasco, 1T minced garlic, 4 dashes worcestershire.
    Cooked Pasta or rice (nutritional value includes 5 oz barilla pasta for 2 servings)

Directions

mix olive oil paprika, chilli powder and cayenne w/ salt and pepper. in Medium bowl, marinate shrimp in this combo. Place shrimp on skewers and add to preheated BBQ. cook 3-4 minutes a side for large shrimp. In the meantime cook pasta or rice and:
mix 1/3 c chopped fresh cilantro, 4T butter softened, 3T lime juice, 2T tabasco, 1T minced garlic and worcestershire in a small bowl. once shrimp come off grill, coat them w/ the second sauce and grill 1 more minute per side. Take leftover sauce and toss it w/ the pasta, plate and serve w/ shrimp skewers on top.
