Introduction

the A very simple cookie recipe perfect for someone on a wheat and gluten-free diet.

Thanks to Sparks recipes and COWLVRSHELL contributor. I substituted the Splenda Blended sugar for 1 c sugar to lower the calories.

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 c. Splenda Sugar Blend
    1 c. peanut butter ( creamy )
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 large egg

Directions

Mix together all ingredients. This will make 20 cookies. Drop by teaspoons onto a baking sheet. Use a fork to press down, and again crosswise to flatten cookie. Bake on 350 degrees. until golden brown 10-15 minutes.
