3 chicken breast
2 c. min.rice
2 cans chicken broth
2 jars of salsa
1-2 cans black beans (optional)
fat free sour cream
fat free cheese
while your chicken is boiling throw your broth,salsa and beans in a good size pot bring to a boil
when chicken is done chop it up and add to other ingredients
if you want your soup runny cook your rice while everything else is cooking then add it last, or if you like it thick throw your uncooked rice in to the juices and let it soak up all of the flavors.
add fat free sour cream and fat free cheese for a good topping!!
