Ingredients

    2 large tomatoes, diced
    1/2 onion, minced
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1/2 jalapeƱo or more to taste, finely minced
    1 lemon or lime, juiced
    1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt, or more, to taste

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. For best results, let the salsa sit for 1 hour or more before serving so the flavors can meld.
