IntroductionElbow Macaroni with Ground Beef and Tomatoes. Elbow Macaroni with Ground Beef and Tomatoes.
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large can Diced Tomatoes
1 large can Tomato Sauce
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cups elbow macaroni, dry
1-2 T Sugar
-Drain off any fat.
-Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, green peppers, Italian seasoning and sugar.
-Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
-At the same time, boil 2 cups of elbow macaroni.
-Bring together the sauce and the macaroni and cook until macaroni is warm.
