*Peanut Oil, 2 tbsp
Onions, raw, 1 large
Garlic, 3 clove
Ginger, ground, 2 tbsp
Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
Great Value Chicken Broth, 4 serving
*Peanut Butter, chunk style, 1 cup
Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
Shrimp, raw, 16 oz
Add the peanut butter, stirring until it dissolves, iinto the soup. Add the greens and simmer until wilted, about 3 minutes. Add the shrimp until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, then stir in cilantro. Ladle into serving bowls, then garnish with peanuts.
