2 Halibut filets; about 1 pound
salt to taste
garlic pepper to taste
Brush with olive oil
2 Tablespoons Hellmann's Lite Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Grey Poupon Mustard
1 tsp finely chopped dried parsley
lemon or lime wedges to garnish
Blend lite mayonnaine, mustard, and parsley in a small cup.
Spread mixture evenly over fish.
Bake 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Brown 1-2 minutes under broiler.
Serve with lemon or lime garnish.
