Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs ground turkey
    1 Onion
    1 Red Pepper
    6 Tbsp chopped garlic
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1/2 Tbsp Coriander
    1/2 Tbsp Cumin
    1/2 Tbsp Salt
    2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
    1 Tbsp Mustard Powder
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

    2 Cans diced tomatoes
    2 cans tomato paste
    1 can black beans

Directions

Saute chopped veggies, turkey, and seasonings.

Add tomato and beans and simmer. Serve over whole-grain toast or rolls.

Makes 12 servings of around 3/4 cup each.
