Introductioncreamy and rich creamy and rich
1 cup arborio rice, 2 tbsp butter, 1/4 of medium onion, 1 clove garlic, 1/8 cup parmesean cheese, 3 1/2 cups chicken stock
Add one cup of rice and salt and pepper to taste. Stir constantly for 1 or 2 minutes without browning. Using a ladle, pour hot stock one ladel at a time, stirring constantly. Wait until all liquid is absorbed before adding next ladle. Remove from hear, stir in 1/4 cup of parmesean grated chees and 1 tbsp butter
