Introduction

The only seasonings in this recipe are from the Spaghetti Sauce base. Nothing is added to the ground beef when browned and the spaghetti used is sodium free pasta and no salt is added with cooking. Ingredients

    1 lb (90% Lean) Ground Beef
    1-26 oz Jar (3.25 Cups)Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Four Cheese
    1 pkg Spaghetti (uncooked) Garofalo - La Pasta Di Gragnano presso Napoli

Directions

Nothing is added to the ground beef during browning and the spaghetti used is a whole grain enriched sodium free pasta. Prepare spaghetti per package directions with exception of adding salt during cooking. Ground beef is mostly browned in skillet (pour off liquid if not using very lean ground beef) and add spaghetti sauce and simmer on low heat until spaghetti is cooked and ready to serve with sauce spooned on top (or mixed into pasta if desired). Makes approx 9 1/2 cup servings.
