Quick and easy to do at the beginning of the day. You may also add all the ingredients and place into zip lock bag and put in the refrigerator overnight. Ingredients

    10-12 Pork loin chops
    1 onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash
    Salt and Pepper, as desired
    1 Tbsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Thyme
    2 tsp Seasoning Salt
    2 cups (scant) apple juice
    2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions

Add all ingredients to crock pot in order given. Cook pork chops on high for 1 to 2 hours-then reduce to low for 6 to 8 hours

Makes 12 servings
