Flank Steak

Introduction

Onions, garlic, olive oil and mushrooms Onions, garlic, olive oil and mushrooms
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Chop the onions, press garlic and place in a hot skillet with a splash of olive oil,

    Let that cook up a little

    place the steak in the pan and add a little pepper and salt ( but not necessary)

    Cut up the mushrooms.

    Let the steak cook to your liking turning once.

    When about ready add the mushrooms and let them cook for about 5 minutes

    Then serve.

    You can also use chopped steak or hamburger
