Introduction

Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    8 C. Organic Rolled Oats
    1 1/2 C. Wheat Germ
    1 1/2 C. Ground Flax Seed
    1 C. Sunflower Seeds
    4 C. Chopped Mixed Nuts
    2 C. Coconut Flakes
    1 Tsp. Salt
    2 TBL. Cinnamon

    1/2 C. Maple Syrup
    1/2 C. Honey
    1/2 C. Brown Sugar
    1/2 C. Applesauce
    1 C. Coconut Oil
    1 TBL. Vanilla

    2 C. Chopped Dried Fruit

Directions

Line 2 large baking sheets with foil or parchment.

In a large bowl, mix first set of ingrediets

In a medium sauce pan over medium high heat, mix next set of ingredients until boiling

Spread evenly on baking sheets, Bake 35-40 minutes stiry halfway through.

While still hot press granola with a metal spatula

Cool, then mix in dried fruit and store in an air tight container.
