Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Large can (418g) Sockeye Salmon (red or pink)
    2 large eggs
    26 saltine crackers
    2 tsp margarine
    6 tbsp (1/4 cup) of milk
    salt and pepper

Directions

Makes 8 patties
Clean and de-bone the can of salmon and flake into a bowl
crush saline crackers and add to salmon
add eggs milk, salt and pepper and mix well
Add pats of margarine and mix into salmon mixture
Heat Oil in large frying pan at medium heat
form patties and place into hot oil and flip over when golden brown. Repeat with other side

If desired can be baked on greased baking sheet at 375 for 20 minutes
Take patties out onto a couple of paper towels to absorb extra oil
