Ingredients

    1 - 15oz. can Black Beans
    1 - 15oz. can Red Kidney Beans
    1 - 15oz. can White Kideny Beans (Cannellini)
    2 - 15oz. can Whole Kernel Corn
    1 - 15oz. can Diced Tomatoes
    1 - 6oz. can Tomato Paste
    1 - Green Bell Pepper, chopped
    1 - Onion, chopped
    3 - cloves Garlic crushed in press
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Chop onion and green pepper. Drain Corn. Crush garlic cloves in press. Combine all ingredients into pot and simmer on low heat for 2 hours stirring occasionally (or in Crock-pot on low for 4 hours).
