Grilled Peanut Butter and Honey Sandwich

Submitted by: LOVEJB_4LIFE

Introduction

A tried and true family favorite! Not only delectably sweet, but the calories in this sandwich are full of goodness, as opposed to empty calories.
Makes a great lunch, or could even be used as a substitute for useless calorie treats like cake or cookies!

Ingredients

    2 tablespoons peanut butter
    1.5 tablespoons honey
    1.5 tsp non-hydrogenated margarine
2 thin slices whole wheat bread

Directions

Spread the peanut butter and honey onto the bread and make into sandwich. Thinly spread the margarine on 1 side of the sandwich and place on pan on stove top (side with the margarine down). Turn the stove to low-med, and spread the margarine on the side facing up. Keep checking the side cooking until it appears golden and crisp, or to your liking. Flip to the other side and once cooked, flip onto a plate and enjoy!
It's sticky so you might want to eat it with a knife and fork!
P.S. Tastes great with a glass of nonfat milk :)
