Ugly Chocolate Truffle Cookies

Introduction

These won't be the best looking cookies, but could possibly be the best tasting at your next pot luck! Either way, they are sure to get many compliments =) These won't be the best looking cookies, but could possibly be the best tasting at your next pot luck! Either way, they are sure to get many compliments =)
Number of Servings: 60

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups softened light margarine
    2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
    1/3 cup baking cocoa
    1/4 cup light sour cream
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    2 1/4 cups flour
    2 cups dark chocolate chips

Directions

Cream the margarine, powdered sugar and cocoa until light & fluffy. Beat in sour cream and vanilla, then flour& chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Roll the chilled dough into 1 inch balls.
Place on a cookie sheet & bake for 10 minutes. Cool& enjoy!
