Looks delicious but missing the Avocado in your nutritional calculations, I refigured out the recipe for two servings and included the Avocado. Half an Avocado and 1 poached egg = 220 cal, 17.8g total fat, 187.0 mg cholesterol, 204.5 mg sodium, 10.5g total carbs, 6.4g fiber, 7.6g protein - 6/5/09

  • Looks fabulous. Only thing is, the calorie count looks a little too good to be true. I don't think you included the avocado in there -- one avocado alone is almost 300 calories and 27 gm of fat. I would definitely try half of this recipe, though -- I love avocados! - 4/27/09
