Introduction
A great recipe to cook ahead and take to lunch at work in bags. A great recipe to cook ahead and take to lunch at work in bags.Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
-
1 12 oz can of tuna drained
1/2 cup of oyster crackers beaten in a bag until the crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup raw onions chopped finely
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp of dill.
Directions
mix all ingredients together in a bowl then use a tsp to get an amount and make a cake out of the mix.
I cook mine for 6 minutes on a george foreman grill, but you can easily cook them on a stove top until lightly browned on both sides.
I serve three cakes at time on brown rice with a tsp of FF sour cream. But they really work on anything.
They all freeze very well so great to make a large batch and freeze until you're ready to eat!
