Introduction

Individual cheesecake for those of us with portion control issues. Individual cheesecake for those of us with portion control issues.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1/4 cup
    Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 1/4 cup
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 tbsp
    Splenda Granulated, 1 Tbsp

Directions

Prepare ramekin or other individual serving bowl by spraying with nonstick cooking spray. Blend cream cheese, cottage cheese, splenda and egg beaters. Place in ramekin and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Allow to cool. Can top with strawberries, blueberries or any type of fruit.
