Trailside Oatmeal Treats

Introduction

A great take along breakfast, OR for snacks while hiking. A great take along breakfast, OR for snacks while hiking.
Number of Servings: 21

Ingredients

    1/2 c butter
    1/2 c peanut butter
    1 c sugar
    1 c brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 c milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 c flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 1/2 c oatmeal
    1/2 c chocolate chips
    1/2 c raisins

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Cream peanut butter, butter and sugars. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Sift in dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in Oatmeal, raisins and Chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful (use ice cream scoop for Breakfast cookies. Smaller if you want smaller cookies. The nutritional info represents the large ones.)Bake 8-10 mins. Makes 21 cookies
