Ingredients

    1 can kidney beans
    1 can fat free refried beans
    1 can mexican style chihi beans
    1 can whole corn
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can water
    1 can chopped mild chilis
    1 pakage taco seasoning mix
    1 package hidden valley Ranch dressing mix
    (not buttermilk)
    1 poound lean ground beef
    1 large onon

    brown beef and onion add remaining ingredients. simmer 15 minutes
