Ingredients

    25g butter
    2 medium-sized potatoes (approx. 1lb total weight)
    120ml semi-skimmed milk

    You will also need kitchen foil.

Directions

Preheat oven to 190 C / 375 F.

1. Grease 4 large squares of kitchen foil with a little of the butter.
2. Peel, then thinly slice the potatoes.
3. Create a few layers of potato slices in each foil square.
4. Add the milk and remaining butter to each.
5. Pull up the foil corners to make parcels.
6. Bake for about 1 hour.

Serves 4.
