Ingredients

    *2 cups cooked diced boneless/skinless chicken breast (used #514 Schwans Diced *Cooked Chicken Breast)
    *1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
    *1/2 cup celery, diced
    *1/4 cup onion, red, diced
    *1 cup apple, peeled & diced or grapes
    *1/4 cup sliced almonds
    *1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    *salt to taste


Directions

Stir together diced chicken, mayonnaise, celery, onion, apples/grapes, nuts and pepper.

Impress friends and family and make clean up easy — serve chicken salad in an orange peel!
