The BEST Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Submitted by: LINZY523Introduction
The mixture looks a little wet after mixing, so you can put it in the fridge for 5-10 minutes, but they turn out essentially the same either way!I have not put in any substitutions with this recipe because I love it so much, but I am sure it would taste great with applesauce instead of butter for a slightly different flavor. Use whole wheat flour if you like, but it does taste better with white.
