My mother taught me how to make this a few months ago, and now I have it once a week! But instead of olive oil, I use tbsp of butter, and I use garlic powder versus cloves. Thanks for posting this! - 6/9/10

  • I was looking for something simple and tasty (and quick) and this was perfect. Just thought it needed a little salt as even with the garlic was a little bland. - 6/14/11

  • I don't think this makes two 1-cup servings.....when you cook down 2 cups of raw mushrooms, you end up with about 1/2 to 3/4 cup in the end...so divided between 2 servings, gives you only 1/4 to 3/8 cup per person. - 6/9/11

  • A great side. Next time I will add wine because it seemed too strong. But still very good! - 4/13/11
