My mother taught me how to make this a few months ago, and now I have it once a week! But instead of olive oil, I use tbsp of butter, and I use garlic powder versus cloves. Thanks for posting this! - 6/9/10

I don't think this makes two 1-cup servings.....when you cook down 2 cups of raw mushrooms, you end up with about 1/2 to 3/4 cup in the end...so divided between 2 servings, gives you only 1/4 to 3/8 cup per person. - 6/9/11

I love this, will cook it in a non-stick "green" pan, cut the pepper and add more garlic. Who cares who I sit next to afterward? - 2/1/11
