Introduction

Ingredients

    58 oz fat free chicken broth
    16 oz low fat saugage cut in half and sliced
    15 oz can pinto beans with jalapenos(or Not), rinsed and drained
    15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
    4 med carrots chopped
    3 med celery chopped
    1 large onion chopped
    1 tsp fresh thyme
    14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes

Directions

mix all ingredients, except tomatoes in 5-6 quart crock pot. Cover and cook on low at least 6 hours. Stir in tomatoes, cook on high until heated through about 15 minutes. Or stove top methed put all in large saucepan and simmer til carrots are tender
