Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients

    2 petite sirloin filets
    1/4 cup hoisin sauce
    1 1/2 cups bok choy, shredded
    1 cup onion
    1 cup bean sprouts
    1 red bell pepper, shredded
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    4 cups brown rice, cooked

Directions

Heat grill to medium-high. Brush steaks with hoisin and cook 5-7 minutes each side until they reach your desired doneness.

Heat large saute pan to medium-high and spray with cooking spray. Add garlic and onions and toss 1 minute. Add bok choy and bell pepper and cook another 2-3 minutes. Add beansprouts and toss 1 minute. Dilute remaining hoisin with equal parts water and add to vegetables. Toss to coat.

Serve sliced steak over veggies with brown rice.
