3 oz. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails removed
1 Tbsp. Kikkoman Thai Style Chili Sauce
1/2 cup steamed brown rice
1 cup fresh asparagus
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
black pepper, to taste
Broil or steam the asparagus.
When rice is almost done, heat a pan over medium heat with the olive oil. Add shrimp and garlic. Saute until pink are firm and pink.
Garnish with parsley and black pepper. Serve over rice with aspargus on the side.
Makes 1 serving.
