Spanish Rice

Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup boiled white rice
    200 g (half a 14oz can) of tomatoes
    half a small onion
    vegetable seasoning
    salt

Directions

1. Place onions, tomatoes and sasonings in a pan and heat for a couple of minutes.

2. Add rice and leave until liquid is absorbed to taste.

NOTE: If you deside to add somem meat as I ususally do, cook the onions with the meat, then add tomatoes and finally rice.
