Ingredients

    1 cup bread crumbs(1 taza de cubitos pan tostados)
    1 dash ground Sage(1 pizca de salvia en polvo)
    1 onion finely chopped and boiled(1 cebolla picadita y hervida)
    1 dash salt(1 pizca de sal)
    1 dash ground black pepper(1 pizca pimienta negra en polvo)
    4 pork chops(4 chuletas de cerdo)
    1/2 cup remaining pork grease(1/2 taza de grasa restante de cerdo)

Directions

1) Mix bread with sage, onion, salt and pepper to make the stuffing.(mezcle el pan con la salvia, cebolla, sal y pimienta para hacer el relleno.)
2) Cut the chops in halvesjust touching bones, without separating them.(Corte las chuletas por la mitad sin llegar al hueso.)
3) Stuffed cavity with mixture.(Rellene la cavidad con la mezcla)
