Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Dole Wildly Nutritious Mixed Berries, 1 cup
    Fage Total 0% Yogurt, .5 cup
    Fat free cottage cheese, 0.5 cup
    NanoPro single serving or packet, 1 serving
    Mother's Toasted Wheat Germ, 1 tbsp
    Slivered almonds 1/16c (optional)

Directions

1) Mix cottage cheese with yogurt.

2) Mix whey protein in; do not overmix so as not to affect the protein.

3) Fold in mixed berries.

4) Sprinkle wheat germ on top.

5) I also add slivered almonds depending on where my fats are for the day (optional)
