Toni's Juicy Meatloaf

Introduction

This is my mother-in-law's meatloaf, adapted to 2 pounds of beef. It isn't really low in fat, other than the 90% lean sirloin here. You can use lower sodium options. Ingredients

    2 pounds 90/10 ground sirloin
    1 cup oatmeal, instant
    2 large eggs, beaten
    grillmates montreal steak seasoning
    crushed garlic, to taste
    V8 juice, 1.25 cups
    worchestershire sauce 1/6 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients well. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350 for one hour; or in mini-loaf pans, may bake faster
